Job Description
· Search Site electrician via internet resources like Google, Justdial, OlX, etc.
· Assign the site to respective Service Engineers/electricians to resolve the technical issue.
· Log these calls in the system and follow up with the assigned engineer/electrician to check the calls have been resolved and close the calls in the system.
· Coordinate with the Support team to dispatch of material against AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), warranty & FOC.
· Assisting the support team in purchasing service-related materials.
· Assist in maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data. Generate CRM reports.
· Maintain date-to-day report of engineer/electrician posted at various sites.
· Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
· Maintain good relationships with clients to keep a customer base.
· Reports and Email follow-ups with the clients.
· Work on the Alert system and assign the high priority alerts to the Site Electrician

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
