About the Role:
We seek experienced Lift & Escalator Technicians to join our Service Team, working across various locations in Sydney.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for minimizing breakdowns and ensuring lifts and escalators meet customer expectations.
This role covers both lift and escalator products. We look for an individual with demonstrated experience in maintenance and service of both.
Key Accountabilities:
Carrying out regular maintenance
Repair work to restore lift/escalator to full service
Responding to calls promptly and providing accurate ETAs
Maintaining tidy work sites and up-to-date paperwork
Proposing material alterations to improve escalator performance
Requirements:
Electrical Trade qualification
Current electrical license
Current driver's license
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service etiquette
Excellent organization skills, with ability to work under pressure
