Job Description
The Field Service Engineer plays a critical role in system installations, upgrades, and maintenance. This position involves working with multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical engineers and application software developers, to ensure seamless execution of complex tasks. Key responsibilities include:
Installing, maintaining, testing, and documenting complex medical devices
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to reduce system downtime
Maintain effective communications with supervisor and peers in daily activities.
Complete training as applicable for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) related tasks.
Follow all applicable Quality and Safety procedures
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Maintain company working areas and local environment in accordance with applicable general operating procedures.
