About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Machine Fitter/Service Technician. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has experience with farm equipment, machinery, or similar areas.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain milking machines and equipment on farms.
Test and troubleshoot milking machines (training provided).
Perform welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, and basic electrical work.
Working Hours
The regular working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility for early starts or late finishes to accommodate milking schedules and seasonal changes.
Additional Requirements
Frequent after-hours and weekend work on a rotating roster (approximately every 6-8 weeks).
Occasional travel for out-of-town work, including overnight stays.
A reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work sites in Rangiora.

Must be located locally and have full-time work eligibility in New Zealand.
Paid at $25 per hour.
