Job Description
• Installation of new equipment
• Communicate with territory engineer and support customer to resolve technical issues
• Primary/preliminary troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Customer visit scheduling
• Perform routine system audits of Nordson equipment, periodically
• Interact regularly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain adequate knowledge of Nordson products
• Perform other duties as assigned.
