Responsibilities:
I. Provide excellent internal and external customer service including on-site equipment support, phone support, and follow-up.
II. Follow customer service and repair standards.
III. Perform quality preventative maintenance and service calls for copiers and other equipment as scheduled.
IV. Set up copiers, load software, input network settings, load drivers onto network, and customize for customers as necessary.
V. Proactively research problems and offer solutions to manager.
VI. Assist sales representatives with product questions, delivery and setup.
VII. Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner ensuring error-free work.
VIII. Assist coworkers as directed by manager.
IX. Refurbish trade-in copiers for resale.
X. Safely load, keep clean, organize, and drive service vehicle daily to customer calls.
XI. Attend on-going training when needed.
XII. Assist with other projects or duties as requested or as need is observed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
