Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, Refrigeration experience is a bonus . This role involves working in the field to diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of HVAC systems and ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Service Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality service while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems.
Conduct field service visits to assess and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service options and recommendations.
Follow safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
Proficiency in refrigerate systems maintenance and appliance repair.
Strong understanding of air conditioning mechanics and HVAC principles.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively in a field service setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
A valid driver's license is required.
