Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, inspect, and maintain equipment/products at customer sites
• Diagnose technical issues and perform timely repairs
• Conduct routine maintenance and service checks
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain service reports and documentation accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Provide on-site and field support as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work independently and in field conditions
• Willingness to travel as per job requirement
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in handling electric vehicles / machinery (if applicable)
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
