Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform routine maintenance on boilers, air conditioning units, ammonia refrigeration systems, and other critical machinery to prevent downtime.
Install new HVAC/R equipment following detailed HVAC design plans and schematics.
Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot issues on-site, ensuring quick resolution of appliance repairs and property maintenance needs.
Use tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to test electrical circuits and perform repairs with precision.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs performed, and parts used for each job.
Operate vehicle safely while transporting tools or equipment to various job sites.
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction environments or property maintenance.
Proven service technician experience with HVAC/R systems, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), plumbing, or appliance repair.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans effectively.
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues using tools like ohmmeters; familiar with welding techniques for equipment repair.
Knowledge of field service procedures for HVAC/R systems; comfortable working independently in diverse environments.
Familiarity with safety standards related to ammonia refrigeration, boiler operation, and general mechanical work.

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
