Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Kondotti. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on commercial kitchen and hotel equipment. Daily tasks include field service visits to clients, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve regularly scheduled maintenance and emergency repair services, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and safely.

Qualifications

• Skills in Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance

• Strong Troubleshooting abilities

• Experience in Field Service and Customer Service

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in team settings

• Strong communication skills

• Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance and repair is a plus

• Previous experience in commercial kitchen and hotel equipment maintenance is preferred
