Position – Service Technician
Location : Wagle estate, Thane
Company Name – Medprime Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Education Diploma (mechanical engineering)
Experience : 1 to 4 years
Role & Responsibilities:
· Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly .· Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.· Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.· Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.· Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.· Perform maintenance and provide customer supports· Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair.Writes service reports after every diagnose.·Responds to service request and repairs products.· Can travel to other places for service.· Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.· Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions. .
Skills:
· Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed· Proficiency in MS Office.· Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.· Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.· Strong Diagnostic skills.· Good written and verbal communication skills.· Ability to make decisions under pressure.. Able to meet the physical requirement of job· .
