Responsibilities
Under limited supervision, the service technician - mechanic position performs work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of logging machines (harvesters and forwarders); performs related work as assigned

Diagnoses, rebuilds and repairs logging machines
Performs inspections and preventative maintenance of logging machines
Prepares and maintains records and reports

Summary/Objective
Under limited supervision, the service technician - mechanic position performs work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of logging machines (harvesters and forwarders); performs related work as assigned.
