Service APAC -> Service IND -> Service Operation South
Customer Service Department handles Post-sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.
Responsibilities
• Perform the commissioning activities as per the schedule. Execute reliability tests on WTGs as per Contractual requirements.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the agreement, as well as carrying out a diversity of check-ups, repairs, and replacement activities of turbine components
• Ensure Vestas health and safety procedures and quality requirements are followed.
• Filling out work orders and checklists, confirming completed orders including proposals for the optimization of processes
• Responsibility of the service vehicle, warehouse, and order of material, tools, and spare parts
• Replacement of main components according to current rules or work instructions, if necessary, making use of internal or external cranes
• Document the work is done indicating consumption of spares/ consumables, list further actions along with targeted completion dates.
• Ensuring on-time return of unused and defective materials and tools with correct declaration and correct packaging
Qualifications
• Diploma / BE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in O&M
Competencies
• Ability to read, comprehend and write English as well as the regional language
• Open to travel and work other sites when required
