Our work environment includes: • Modern office setting • Food provided Service Technician Duties: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues - Install and set up new equipment for customers - Provide technical support to customers over the phone or in person - Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs - Collaborate with other technicians and team members to solve complex problems - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field preferred - Strong technical and mechanical aptitude - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication and customer service skills - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: Retail math knowledge is not applicable to the duties or requirements of this position.
