Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Tele Caller at Pointo located in Barrackpur. The Service Tele Caller will be responsible for daily phone-based customer service interactions, resolving queries, providing information on EV battery solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of EV batteries and sustainable energy solutions preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
