Responsibilities
In the Service Warehouse Support role, you will be responsible for supporting our service Techs in the field and organizing and maintaining parts staging in the warehouse
You will operate a service truck around the Washington area at customer sites and a forklift in the warehouse area
This is a full-time position and will require occasional overtime on weekends if the job tasking requires it
Uses a variety of hand tools/power tools
Uses of computers
Operate a company vehicle
Operate a forklift (will provide training/certification
Maintains stock of inventory, company equipment, and documents all service-related activities (including report writing)
Order and receive a variety of parts, equipment and materials
Communicating with HVAC Field Technicians on timing and schedules for getting jobs materials needed so they can complete their assignments in a timely fashion
Deliver/pickup parts to job sites, as necessary
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
