ServiceNow Admin: L2 resource
• The Developer/System administrator should be responsible for tool administration and support:
Candidate Should Have Good Development And Troubleshooting Knowledge Of
• All the ITSM Modules
• User Administration: - Creation of user, roles, assignment groups.
• Reporting: - Import or export of data.
• Provide technical support for application users and other teams who are involved.
• Hands on experience with client scripts and business rules.
• Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
• UI Actions/ UI policy/ Access Control Lists, etc.
• Knowledge of integrations- web service, RestAPI.
• Understanding of integration capabilities in ServiceNow platforms.
• Knowledge to support, bi-directional integrations between monitoring tool and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge to support external data feed integration to an external reporting engine.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform and infrastructure components.
• Knowledge on Oracle DB, UNIX, and Web servers (Apache / Tomcat).
• IT Infra support experience is must in a global environment
• Minimum of 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Maximum of 4 years of experience in working with ITSM tools.
• Deep understanding of system and ITSM modules in ServiceNow.
• Experience with implementations and/or migrations to the ServiceNow platform.
• Practical experience with troubleshooting performance issues and working knowledge of tools provided by ServiceNow to troubleshoot performance related issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in terms of the business
Certifications Preferred
