About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Applications Developer to join our dynamic team! You'll play a critical role in developing scoped applications, enabling new modules, building integrations, and supporting platform enhancements. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with TPMs and solution consultants to drive innovation on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, develop, implement, and troubleshoot standard and custom ServiceNow solutions
• Work on integrations with internal systems (Jira, AD, SSO, monitoring tools, etc.)
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and data integrations
• Design and build ServiceNow Portal pages and workflows
• Write ATF test cases based on acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders
Must-Have Skills
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer
• Strong experience with APIs, scripting, and ServiceNow Portal design
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex solutions
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
• Enterprise-level integration experience
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative attitude
