• Lead workshops to gather business/technical requirements
• Consult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices
• Translates requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in configuring new applications or suites during the planning, development, and rollout phases. Contribute to the strategic development of new platform customization, as needed, based on customer needs.
• Development of required client-specific reporting
• Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST, SOAP, etc)
• Conduct planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades.
• Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
• Develop technical design documents.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
