Strong understanding of the ServiceNow development platform including Business rules,
Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI pages, ACLs and etc.
Service Catalog, Workflow, and flow designer experience
Knowledge of Service Portal design
Total Experience: 2+ years

Certified Application Developer
Certified Implementation Specialist in the ITOM module
Responsibilities:
Experience in the development and implementation of ITSM and ITOM suite of applications: Incident,
Change, Knowledge, Event Management, Orchestration and etc.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Server and Client side Java Script
Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts,
UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs, ACL, UI pages, Macros and etc.
Should have strong knowledge of Service Catalog, workflow, and flow designer
Analyse and provide solution design for functional requirements
Knowledge of Service Portal design
Experience in integrating 3rd party tools with ServiceNow using Web Services
Experience with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
