Role: ServiceNow Developer
Experience Range : 5-8 yrs(Relevant)
Location: Chennai/Bangalore
JD:
Must-Have:
• Create and Maintain Test Scenarios/Scripts for Manual and Automated Testing
• Create and maintain ATF tests, suites and schedules
• Experience in ITSM module with strong development knowledge
• Perform functional and regression testing, defect tracking from discovery to resolution.
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Significant experience with agile development methodologies and tooling etc. Eg: Scrum, Jira & Confluence
• A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
• Experiences and understanding of Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
Create and manage scripts and workflow and has good knowledge in Update Set, Transform Maps.
