The Role
The ServiceNow developer will report to the project manager and technical architect.
We are looking for a Service Now Developer with experience in developing orchestration layers on Service Now along with integration to multiple enterprise-grade platforms.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
• Developing and testing workflow, orchestration, and integration with third-party systems and integrating it with other programmes;
• Learning about the latest developments in one or more aspects of computer programming
• Training, documentation, and support personnel are responsible for ensuring that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.
• Troubleshooting bugs, fixing defects, and supporting users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team
• Performing code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security
• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
• Developing enhancements for applications developed by the enterprise application development team
Ideal Profile
Skills Required
• You possess a bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• You have more than 4 years of experience as a service-now developer in the telecom industry.
• strong knowledge of programming and service standards
• You have good knowledge of open API standards and web services technologies such as SOA, SOAP, REST, WSDL, and XML.
• You have strong experience in authentication, authorization, and API gateways such as Azure APIM.
• You have good communication skills.
• You have a positive attitude and are willing to try and learn new things.
• You have good hands-on experience in service. Now Workflow, Orchestration, Integration with REST and SOAP, Multi-SSO, API Gateway, and Web Services
