Job Description-
Analyze, develop and document tools to create ServiceNow developments.
• Provide a quality service in accordance with commitments relating to workflow management processes and communication rules.
• Meet deadlines and milestone dates for engineering projects.
• Write the documentation related to the achievements (settings and development doc)
• Participate in the development and updating of the documentary repository
• Test the functionalities delivered and realized in unitary ways and on the solution
• Autonomy, taking initiative, strength of proposal
• Experience in Flow Designer
• Very good experience on ACLs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, UI Macros, UI Pages, Glide, Web Services,
• Experience in Data source, transform map, scheduled job, webservice call
• Experience on the implementation of the ServiceNow platform for key account customers
• Experience in Service Catalog implementation
• Experience implementing Service Portal
• Experience in implementation and integration of ServiceNow solution on ITSM, CMDB, PPM processes and modules
