5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, integrations.
Strong Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and ITIL v3
Design and Configure the Change & Release Management Module in ServiceNow as per the best practice
Provides expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform and integration design to meet business requirements
Experience using JS (Java Script) in developing user interface elements for Web-based applications
Experience working in ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Request and Configuration
Responsible for managing scope of work, ensuring contractual deliverables and managing change orders for assigned projects
Candidate will need the skills in SOAP and REST web services and participating in meetings regarding pre-sales
Designs and develops ServiceNow technical solutions, including integrations with external systems
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
Experience working in an Agile environment
Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
Must thrive at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while collaborating with remote teams
Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform as well as other modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM)
Experienced with software development concepts, practices, and procedures including code management, and SDLC documentation
ServiceNow related Certifications are plus
