We need Servicenow specific profiles, there was only one profile for developer, that too with very little experience.
JD says
• At least 2 years’ experience with the ServiceNow Platform (especially ITSM, HR and ITBM modules), related infrastructures ( e.g. AD, Mid Server, SCCN) and interfacing.
• Familiar with IT standards like ITIL, Cobit, CMM.
Look for ITSM,HR and ITBM as mandatory word in profiles and call only Servicenow developer profiles with configuration experience.

As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, working together with the rest of the team on driving business continuity, IT professionalism and user / business satisfaction.
Ensures solutions compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with business and IM strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability
Ensures quality and consistency with template design for deployments
Supports demand management in the ideation phase and early stages of the IM projects
Influences others regarding the role and relevance of Application Manager in the business
Proactively seeks continuous business and service improvement opportunities (cost and performance)
Identifies opportunities to build cross-functional working relationships both including various internal (Service Integration Management Team, Finance, HR, Procurement, Master Data Management, Continuous Improvement Teams) and external parties (suppliers, peers, and others)
