Responsibilities:
• Requirements Analysis:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement using the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Development:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and applications.
• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Create and modify workflows, forms, and interfaces to optimize user experience.
• Integration:
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain integration connectors to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other platforms.
• Automation:
• Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and develop ServiceNow orchestration workflows for automation of IT and business processes.
• Incident and Problem Management:
• Configure and customize incident and problem management processes in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Reporting and Dashboards:
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability for reporting purposes.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least [X] years of hands-on development experience.
• ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
