Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - ServiceNow HRSD
What you get to do in this role:
· Work very closely with ServiceNow Global people team to understand business requirements and then partner closely with Digital Technology Product Manager and development team for creation of Business Requirements, Functional Design.
· Document business processes, data flows and use cases
· Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, deliver gap analysis and impact assessments
· Help write user stories, (including NFR’s and AC) and review test scripts
· Identify and manage cross team dependencies
· Clarify designs / stories with developers, UX, QA and other dependent teams
· Deliver training, knowledge articles and support documents
· Track and report adoption and value metrics
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
· 7 - 10 years of experience in the role of Business systems Analyst.
· 3+ years of ServiceNow experience is a must, ServiceNow HRSD is plus.
· Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).
· Minimum 10 years of experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis.
· Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience, including both verbal and written communications.
· Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills.
· Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
· Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment.
· Ability to develop documentation for training and user procedures.
· Business Analysis experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company highly desirable.
· Business process reengineering experience, Six Sigma certification etc. is a plus.
· CBAP/ CSPO Certifications - a big plus
