Experience: 5 -7 Years

Required Skillset:

5+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of Service Management tools.
5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications.
4+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, HTML or HTML 5.
Proficient in building complex flows via ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Experience building custom applications leveraging out of the box features.
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record working with advanced development of ITSM (previous experience implementing virtual agent, predictive intelligence, agent workspace, service owner and vendor manger workspace, and walk-up experience).
Ability to create detailed documentation.
Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable solution designs.
Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a successful implementation.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Provide subject matter expertise/thought leadership in the ServiceNow platform and technical mentoring including training and guidance of junior staff and administrators.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute.
Demonstrates the desire and ability to learn and utilize new technologies
