• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development and deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and UI policies.
• Knowledge of integration methods and tools for connecting ServiceNow with other systems.
