Job Description
The System Ops Analyst is a developing professional role with focus on supporting ServiceNow CSM Use Cases and SharePoint sites. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data with emphasis on product improvement. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Maintains working relationships between end users and development team(s) to increase productivity by promoting self-service. Develop working knowledge of industry practices and standards for ServiceNow and SharePoint. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.
Responsibilities:
· In addition to those already stated:
o Conduct meetings with required Agile Team member to iterate and clarify requirements
o Manage backlog, test, and support use case modules within ServiceNow CSM via JIRA story tracking
o Maintain supported SharePoint sites (On-Prem and Online) by team as needed including requirements gathering and design
Required Skills:
· In addition to those already stated:
o ServiceNow CSM including accessing platform configurations for investigating design concepts and understanding of end user portal design
o Exposure to collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and JIRA
o Working knowledge of Agile Methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
o Advanced design experience in SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online sites
o SharePoint Designer and InfoPath Designer experience
o Training and process documentation
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with clear and concise communication – verbal and written
Nice to have Skills:
· Certifications in ServiceNow administration
· Power Apps and Power Automate experience
· JavaScript, CSS, and HTML experience
· ITIL certification/experience
