• Core Configuration
• Experience in Implementing Order Management on ServiceNow for Telecom
• knowledge to customization of CMDB
• Experience in working with Extern Product Inventory and Service Inventory and Integration of the same in ServiceNow
• Expert in Leveraging Service now workflows and hands on in Business rules, UI Policy. Scripting
• Expertise in developing service now connectors to integrate to other systems
• Knowledge of ServiceNow administration
• Hands on experience in Scripting/API development and UI with SNow feamework
• Experience in Asset Management/Discovery and Security
• Ability to create Modules
Domains(Service Assurance)
• Knowledge of Service Assurance in Telecom and Alarm Correlation
• Experience in managing Logmonitoring/Event/Alarm correlation, implementing to Observability cloud using Lightstep/Splunk
• Core Configuration of ServiceNow for AssetManagement Discovery and Security
• Hands on Experience in configuring, developing NBA, integration expernal policy engines
• Experience in ServiceNow working with external Inventory Systems
