Hybrid model 3days office and 2 days work from home

Qualifications
· Background in computer science or another related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow System Administration experience in an enterprise environment (Certified ServiceNow Administrator Certification a plus) with hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Release, Knowledge, Performance Analytics etc.
· Must also be able to think strategically and creatively and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficient in the administration of a ServiceNow instance including (but not limited to):
o Catalog Items, Catalog UI policies, and Catalog Client Scripts
o Delegation of groups, Business rules, ACLS, UI pages
o Complex flow in Flow Designer
o Reports and Dashboards
o Notifications and Inbound Actions
o Knowledge base articles and categories (for both internal and external facing knowledge bases)
o ServiceNow platform maintenance
o User Roles
o Using Update Sets
· Working Knowledge of the following
o Java
o JavaScript
o JSON
o HTML
o Web Services
o XML
o API integrations with other systems
Desired
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
· Working knowledge of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management suite.
· Working knowledge of the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite of capabilities, to include MID deployment, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Event Management, Operations Intelligence, Service Mapping, etc.
· Working knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
· Understanding of ITIL v4 methodologies (Foundation Certification a plus).
· In-depth working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, HR, Facilities, Service Catalog, Service portal, Custom applications development, Configuration Management, Reporting, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, Inbound/Outbound emails, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration HUB.
· Understanding of agile software development methodologies (e.g., Kanban/Scrum).
· Working knowledge of relational databases.
· Working knowledge of Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3).
· Working knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships
