• ITSM - Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Scripts Includes, Notifications, Service Catalog
• Any certification- ITIL, ServiceNow
• Experience in Integrations Webservices REST/SOAP
• Integration and Scripting Experience is must.
• ServiceNow Custom Application Development is an added advantage
• Any other module like ITBM (Business Management ITOM (Operations Management), HRSD, SecOps (Security Operations), GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance).
