Description
The job requirement of a ServiceNow developer includes, but are not limited to:
• * Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
• Integrating it with other programs
• Learning about the latest developments in one or more aspects of computer programming
• Training, documentation, and support
• Troubleshooting and implement client requirements
• Knowledge on EMS/NMS solutions integrations
• Design solution document, update project plans and submit reports in project review meeting
• Carry out weekly reviews with customer, highlight project milestones, challenges / review defect register
• Co-ordinate among various teams for cross functional support and ensuring constant progress
• Oversee training plans and customer communications. Ensuring successful UATs. Arriving at technical solutions and process recommendation
• Setup customer workshop sessions, discussion existing process or technical challenges, which can be addressed to help business achieve its objectives. Assist sales teams to explore opportunities of business in existing engagements
