Job Title : Snow Developer
Job Location : Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
Should have extensive experience on ServiceNow tools Development, Implementation with CMDB.
Excellent understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business process
Proven development experience in ServiceNow MSP (Domain)
Experience with web services APIs /Mid server/Integration with other instances
Hands on Experience With ITSM Module, JavaScript/web applications/client server applications
ServiceNow application customization using client scripts, Business Rules, UI Scripts etc.
Application UI Configuration using Content Management/ Workflow Configuration
Maintenance, administration and version standardization of Service Now
Knowledge of web applications, email (SMTP, POP3) and active Directory, LDAP
Support in analyzing workflows and present solution possibilities
Knowledge on Angular JS, CSS, HTML, PERL, PYTHON would be an added advantage
Knowledge on Discovery and Orchestration would be an advantage.
