Role: ServiceNow Developer
Exp: 3 to 12 yrs
Location: PAN India
Requisite
An Ideal candidate should have 3+ yrs of relevant exp in Administration / Implementation and Configuration of ServiceNow Solutions along with these Modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, ITPM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, GRC
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
Responsibilities
• Expert in ServiceNow Architecting, Designing, Developing, and deploying large scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problem and recommend solution that meets business requirements.
• Preferably 3+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.
• Experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving these requirements into successful solutions
• Should have hands on experience in Core ServiceNow ITSM modules Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Asset Cost Management, Continuous improvement Management, Performance Analytics, Agent workspace, Automated test framework, Custom Development, etc
• 3-4 years of experience in ITSM, ITAM, TOM ITBM (CSM HRSD good to have) Business Process and Technical Process Consulting, High Level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation.
• Hands on experience on Discovery, Event Management Service Mapping in ITOM Module.
• Hands on experience Application portfolio Management Project Portfolio Management in ITBM.
• Hands on experience on Case Management, Knowledge management, Employee Service Portal, Employee Document Management, Chat, Virtual Agent, Search, Enterprise Onboarding in HRSD module.
• Hands on experience on Customer service management module
• Should have prior experience in ServiceNow version upgrade during End-of-life period.
• Desirable to have prior experience in core software development - in any full stack web programming language (Java, .net, python, angular).
• Desirable to have good knowledge on database technologies Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL
• Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
