Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multi-module implementations
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
