• Minimum 10 years of experience as a software developer
• Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow development
• ServiceNow Users, Groups, Roles, User Permissions
• Service Catalog customization
• Workflow creation, customization and debugging
• Configuring UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Notifications and custom UI Pages.
• Data import and Transform Maps
• ServiceNow Security including ACLs, Roles and Auditing
Preferred Experience/Skills
• Certified Application Developer (preferred ) or Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
• Service Portal implementation
• Performance Analytics experience
• PPM experience
• Discovery/CMDB experience
• ITSM Change Management experience
• CSM Module, Flow designer, ETL, Scoped apps, Integrations, Imports, Scripting (client and server side) workspace, CMDB, Notifications, UI pages, UI scripts, event management
