Requirement/Description
• Review and shortlist applications and confirm initial readiness for Service Maps creation (Entry Point)
• Review CI discovery status and prioritize pending CI discovery
• Establish plugins for Service Mapping and refine communication requirements for Service Mapping
• Collect prerequisite details for the selected applications (like host credentials, application credentials, elevated rights, SNMP credentials, user permissions)
• Configure credentials in the platform required for Service Mapping
• Map application services
• Fix application service errors in discussion with the application owners
• Move the updated set from DEV to UAT and create Production version of Map in UAT
