Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern, responsive interfaces and implementing scalable backend logic and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive UIs using Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace

• Build reusable components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js/Angular

• Write backend scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer)

• Configure modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery

• Integrate with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs

• Ensure platform security with ACLs, Roles, and Data Policies

• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in code reviews

• Apply performance tuning, troubleshooting, and testing best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development (Frontend & Backend)

• Proficiency in Glide APIs, client/server scripting, Flow Designer

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and basic data structures

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Update Sets, and ATF

Certifications (Preferred):

CSA, CAD, CM Pro, SOM
