Job Description
Work with Business stakeholders, Project manager(s), engineering teams and technical
support teams to design, develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules.
Work with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
Implement HR Onboarding using Lifecycle Event to streamline the onboarding process for new
hires of the different user bases.
Configure Access Controls to maintain the required security.
Develop necessary documentation as needed e.g., technical design, and developer notes.
Manage communication and deliverables from all stakeholders for project initiatives.
Communicate proactively with all stakeholders and decision-makers.
