Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM, specifically with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation and integration processes.

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer engagements effectively.

Experience conducting workshops and delivering end-to-end solutions for clients.

Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.

ServiceNow Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
