Wipro is currently looking to recruit a highly capable ServiceNow Principal Consultant. The person will be responsible for helping our customers establish a solid technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. The ServiceNow Principal Consultant ensures customers leverage leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the overall technical health of the platform. This role is highly consultative focused on guiding ServiceNow, partner, and customer employees on the engagement team to deliver a solution on a technical architecture designed for long-term success. The ServiceNow Principal Consultant interfaces with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams by structuring and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acts as a technical expert across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members to define and deliver successful customer solutions.
• Provides a breadth of knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Develops strong relationships with technical and business leaders at the customer site to understand the role of ServiceNow in their digital transformation vision.
• Translates business objectives to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
• Analyzes and translates business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
• Engages with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer's core applications.
• Establishes and manages technical governance, and an effective delivery operating model and governance.
• Ensures instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.
• Supports the Workflow team with sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders.
• Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Support Impact Squad to execute against Impact Fundamental activities, depending on Impact package
Experience and Qualification:
• Must possess deep ServiceNow experience and be considered as a subject matter expert.
• Executive presence: ability to engage clients at various levels (including C-Level) to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
• Client orientated possessing a strong commercial and business acumen.
• Actual multi-regional or multi-organization experience is a key success factor, with demonstrated capacity to operate and thrive in a multi-cultural environment.

• Outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, flexible, results oriented, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Should be able to work with and manage multiple stakeholders - internal and external.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, Information Technology or related field. While not mandatory, will be well regarded
