Key responsibilities:
• Implement AutomatePro toolset mainly AutoTest and migrate the manual test cases to AutoTest.
• Act as an SME to guide the team to automate the test cases
• Implement the best practice guide for AutomatePro
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
• Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment.
• Design and execute testing procedures to extract data from test runs. Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behaviour.
Key Skills & Knowledge
• Strong implementation knowledge in AutomatePro.
• E2E implementation and onboarding of AutomatePro Auto Test.
• Migration of ATF and other manual test cases to Auto Test
• Experience in Auto Dev, Auto Deploy and Auto Monitor.
• Good development experience.
• Good understanding of Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Templates, Service Portal etc
• Experiences and understanding of Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
Good to have
• Significant experience with agile development methodologies and tooling etc. Eg: Scrum, Jira & Confluence
• A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
• Good understanding of Flow Designers and Workflows.
• Create and manage scripts and workflow and has good knowledge in Update Set, Transform Maps.
• Ensure the Features delivered are fit for purpose and meet the quality and standards according to client’s expectation
• Responsible for the technical specification & implementation of the ServiceNow integration
• Develops the technical solutions, implements them & performs the component integration tests
