Responsible for:
In this role, you will be encouraged to provide technical product and architecture advice, ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions/capabilities, and assisting build practices that deliver outstanding outcomes. This position requires a hands-on person capable of going wide and deep on development.
Responsibilities:
Provide domain expertise and perspective on outstanding use cases and be able to convey enterprise architecture knowledge/experience regarding how ServiceNow can best interoperate and co-exist with other major enterprise systems of record and platforms.

Responsible for ServiceNow Development and support day to day activities.
Responsibilities are like capable of doing integrations and good investigation knowledge.
• Maintain the ServiceNow application by the timely processing and resolving of Incident and Request tickets which arrive into the ServiceNow support queue
• Work closely with end users and business partners to build requested items and tasks using workflows to handle processes
• Develop, configure and improve core and custom applications
• Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases
• Evaluate health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
• Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems
• Maintain process and system documentation
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related area
• ITIL v3 certified
• 11 years of validated ability in IT Service Delivery or support role
• 5+ years of shown ability in System Support role for ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Flow Design & Integration Hub
• Strong ITIL Service Management experience
• Relevant IT architecture experience i.e. 1-2 years of experience using JavaScript or HTML, AngularJS, Jelly, Rest, Soap and PowerShell
• Able to communicate well with all partners across geographies.

Shift Timings - (UK Shift - 12:30 PM IST to +:30 PM IST
