About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Telecom Service Operation Management & Service Portfolio Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and having visibility over all Purchase Orders (POs) issued for Cloud Infrastructure GD through a comprehensive dashboard. This includes tracking PO allocated budgets, work orders issued, work orders invoiced, and remaining budgets for each PO. You will also monitor PO issue and end dates, and manage the project management use case for POs issued.
Key Responsibilities:
· Dashboard Management: Create and maintain a dashboard to show visibility over all POs issued for Cloud Infra GD.
· Display PO allocated budgets, work orders issued, work orders invoiced, and remaining budgets.
· Track PO issue and end dates.
· Assign PM to each PO.
• · Show PO tendering status (Raised, under Strategy review, under Procurement approval, issued, closed).
