• Key Responsibilities : The objective of this project is to : Design and setup event co-relation, design and setup snow agents on applications infrastructure, enhance ServiceNow ITSM capabilities so such can be even better leveraged across the Airtel landscape Perform CMDB governance related activities given below:
• Technical Experience : Data Analysis CMDB Completeness dashboards KPI Measurement Process Adherence Daily/Weekly/Monthly report Coordination with stakeholders for validation Quarterly validation for manual attributes Discovery schedules to be reviewed/modified Review and resolve discovery errors Set up excluded IPs addition of new IPs New Schedule Creation Mid Server Maintenance
