Job Description:
Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions, diagnostics, and customer service, with a particular focus on hardware and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• IT Hardware Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT hardware. Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure that all hardware systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• System Integration & Deployment: Supply, install, test, and commission (SITC) IT and networking systems, including servers, storage solutions, and networking devices like switches, routers, and firewalls. Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Network Configuration & Management: Configure and manage network components, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Perform tasks such as IP addressing, VLAN setup, cable laying, crimping, and network security configurations to optimize performance and security.
• ELV Systems Deployment: Oversee the SITC of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, public address systems, to name a few. Ensure these systems are integrated effectively with IT and networking infrastructure.
• System Testing & Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing of installed systems to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Commission systems by validating functionality and adherence to client needs with necessary documentation.
• Client Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to clients post-installation. Address any queries or issues, ensuring clients are fully equipped to use and maintain their systems.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of all installations, configurations, and maintenance activities. Prepare and submit reports on project progress, system diagnostics, and client feedback.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all installations and configurations comply with industry standards and best practices, including regulations and safety requirements.
• Constant Learning: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in IT, networking, and ELV solutions.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate holding BCA / MCA / ENTC, IT, CS Engineering Degree; or Post-Graduation IT, Masters in IT/ENTC/CS, MSc in IT, MCA, M.Tech in IT/CS/ENTC, ME in ENTC.
• Experience: 0-4 years of relevant experience in the same field.
• Skills: Must carry problem solving approach, be a team player with positive attitude, demonstrating expertise in IT solutions and diagnostics.
Additional Requirements:
• License & Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Local Candidates: Preference will be given to local candidates.
• Joining: Candidates available for immediate joining or within 15 days will be preferred.
