Job Description
Cash and stock break resolution
Responsible for review, investigation and response on client queries
Assisting manager on projects and client meetings
Testing for releases, functional changes, and ad-hoc testing
Day to day settlements duties and tasks
Chasing counter parties for outstanding trades
Ensuring accounts are fully funded
Resolving blocked or rejected trades
Managing stock positions to ensure securities are in the right place
Keeping procedures updated
Saving down and learning market information
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Experience in dealing with clients over the phone and written (email)
Proven track record of delivering excellent client service
Ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges
Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook)
Understanding of International market settlements, securities settlements desirable
Use of SWIFT messaging software desirable
