How you will make an impact:
As a Settlements Officer you will be part of our dynamic Team on Team and will play a pivotal role by being the first point of contact for our clients. You will use your excellent relationship building skills and passion for customer service excellence to help deliver an outstanding client experience throughout the on-boarding process.
What you will do:
Deliver outstanding customer service and provide the best possible experience to our clients during the on-boarding process.
Build strong relationships with new clients and manage the relationship from point of approval to settlement
Work closely with the Sales team as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and specific approval conditions and ensure all record keeping and files are in order

Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills
